A: Yes. We offer hourly care, overnight shifts, and 24/7 live-in support, including holidays and weekends.

Q: Do I need a referral or prescription?

A: No referral is needed for non-medical services. You can start services directly through our agency.

 

 

 

COST & PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

 

Q: What payment options do you accept?

A: We accept the following:

 

  • Private Pay

  • ALTCS (Arizona Long-Term Care System Medicaid)

  • Long-Term Care Insurance (case-by-case approval)

  • AHCCCS health plans, including:

     

    • Mercy Care

    • Banner – University Family Care (Banner Family Plan)

     

 

 

 

Q: Do you help clients apply for ALTCS or AHCCCS?

A: No. We do not assist with ALTCS or AHCCCS enrollment or applications. However, once you are approved and enrolled, we are happy to coordinate services through your approved plan.

 

 

Q: Do you offer flexible billing for private pay clients?

A: Yes. We offer monthly billing, clear estimates, and payment plans for private pay clients.

 

 

 

FOR FAMILY MEMBERS

 

 

Q: Can I participate in my loved one’s care plan?

A: Yes. We encourage family involvement and keep you informed of all care updates. You may also help choose the caregiver based on your preferences.

 

 

Q: What if I’m not satisfied with my caregiver?

A: We’ll find a better fit—no questions asked. Your comfort and peace of mind matter most.

 

 

Q: Do you care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s?

A: Absolutely. Our caregivers receive specialized training in memory support, redirection, and safety for clients with cognitive impairments.
