Faith First Healthcare provides non-medical home care and companion services in Louisiana. These include:

  • Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, sweeping, etc.)

  • Medication reminders

  • Accompaniment to errands or appointments

  • Wellness checks and safety supervision

 

 

Note: We do not provide personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, or lifting clients) in Louisiana at this time.

 

 

 

2. Are your services covered by Medicaid in Louisiana?

 

 

Not currently. We operate as a private-pay home care agency in Louisiana. Clients and families can pay for services using:

 

  • Credit or debit card

  • Zelle

  • ACH/direct transfer

  • Long-term care insurance (if approved by your policy)

 

 

We are working toward Medicaid enrollment and hope to accept insurance in the future.

6. Are your caregivers trained and background-checked?

 

 

Yes. Every caregiver goes through:

 

  • A full background check

  • Orientation and compliance training

  • Continuous support and supervision from our management team

We offer flexible scheduling to fit your needs, including:

  • Day or evening shifts

  • Holiday care

  • Short-term or long-term plans
