Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Faith First Healthcare, we understand that circumstances may change, and we are committed to providing our clients with flexible service options. Please review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:

1. Cancellation of Services
Clients have the right to cancel services at any time.

2. Refund Eligibility
- Caregiver No Show: If you have paid for services out of pocket and the caregiver fails to arrive, you are entitled to a full refund for any services not rendered.

- Cancellation Within 2 Hours:
- If you cancel services at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time, you will receive a refund for any services not provided at the conclusion of your service agreement.

- Partial Shift Cancellations:
- If a caregiver has arrived at your residence and you wish to cancel a portion of the shift, you will be eligible for a partial refund based on the duration of the remaining services.

- No Call, No Show:
- In the event that a caregiver does not show up without prior notice and you decide to cancel services permanently, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of cancellation.

3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the above conditions and will be issued promptly.
