EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

Established in February 2021, our Employee Referral Program distributes a referral bonus to eligible employees after referred candidates are hired and maintain employment for the minimum requirement period established by their operating group.
 
We know that candidates who are directly referred to our jobs are higher quality, are typically more engaged, and are better qualified than the general candidate. In turn, we believe our talented frontline employees should be rewarded for bringing more talented employees into our network.
 
We want even more eligible employees to benefit from the Employee Referral Program bonus incentive so,  we are bringing awareness to the program and highlighting the benefits and opportunity that accompanies it.
