When starting services, we may request the client’s first and last name, city or location, insurance information or private pay status, hours of care needed, services requested, and preferred start date.
How quickly can services begin?
Private pay services can often begin within 24 to 48 hours depending on caregiver availability. Services funded through AHCCCS or insurance require authorization before care can begin.
