What payment options does Faith First Healthcare Arizona accept?
Faith First Healthcare Arizona accepts private pay clients as well as certain AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid) health plans depending on client eligibility and authorization.
Do you accept long-term care insurance?
Long-term care insurance may be accepted depending on the insurance provider and the client’s policy. Our office can help determine if services may qualify under a long-term care plan.
Does insurance need to be approved before services begin?
Yes. If services are being funded through AHCCCS or another insurance program, authorization must be received before care can begin.
Can families combine private pay and insurance services?
In some cases, families may choose to supplement approved insurance hours with private pay services if additional support is needed.
