What We Expect 

- Leadership: Provide guidance and support to a team of caregivers, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.

Responsibilities:


- Conduct regular client visits to assess care needs and ensure quality of services provided.
- Monitor and evaluate caregiver performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.
- Facilitate training sessions for new caregivers and ongoing education for existing staff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services.
- Develop and maintain care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Document and report any changes in client conditions or caregiver performance to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:


- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in healthcare, social work, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong understanding of caregiving practices and client care needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
